We are constantly innovating, changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functionalities or features, and we may suspend or stop a Service altogether.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PALGORITHM LLC DBA Creator's Cloud, its officers, directors, employees, suppliers, and affiliates, from and against any losses, damages, fines and expenses (including attorney's fees and costs) arising out of or relating to any claims that you have used the Services in violation of another party's rights, in violation of any law, in violations of any provisions of the Terms, or any other claim related to your use of the Services.

Service Availability and Platform Integration

Our service integrates with various third-party platforms and social media services. We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability of any third-party platform integration
• Uninterrupted access to content from integrated platforms
• Permanent availability of any specific platform or its features

Changes in laws, regulations, platform policies, or the operational status of integrated platforms may affect our ability to provide certain services. We are not liable for any service interruptions or limitations resulting from:

• Changes in platform policies or terms of service
• Government regulations or restrictions
• Platform discontinuation or modification
• Changes in platform ownership or operation
• Regional or global access restrictions

Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from:

Refund Policy

By using our service, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund policy:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable upon successful payment processing
• Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable, including in cases of:
  • Partial use of services
  • Early cancellation of subscription
  • Changes in platform availability
  • Changes in service features
  • Non-usage of service
• No prorated refunds will be issued for unused portions of subscription periods
• Cancellation of service will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• Any promotional or trial periods, once converted to paid subscriptions, follow the same non-refundable policy

Exceptions to this policy may be considered solely at Creator's Cloud's discretion in cases of:

• Documented technical issues preventing service access for more than 72 consecutive hours
• Erroneous duplicate charges
• Legal requirements in your jurisdiction

Any approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing of approved refunds may take up to 30 business days.

By subscribing to our service, you explicitly agree to waive any right to a refund beyond the terms stated above.
